Availability of Goods

Once order confirmation and payment has been received, the delivery process will be initiated for available stock within 7 working days. Please note that our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Items that are out of stock at any time may be pre-ordered. Please place a pre-order with us by email.

Shipping

For local orders, please pick up the item at our warehouse at the address specified on our website, unless we specify otherwise.

For overseas orders, international shipping is handled by DHL Express. Once your order is confirmed for shipping, you will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) notification via email to check the delivery status and estimated time of arrival of your item.
